How long does it take to get started?
Immediate. Create your account and start reporting right away — no training required, no implementation wait. MAPflow's Incident Reporting is also available as an add-on for MAPflow Clinical users.
How much does MAPflow's Incident Reporting cost?
$20/month per user, billed annually, for standalone users. If you're already a MAPflow Clinical user, it's $18/month per user as an add-on. The ISMP Canada MSSA (Medication Safety Self-Assessment, a $150 value) is included at no extra cost. No hidden fees, no setup costs.
Is MAPflow's Incident Reporting PIPEDA compliant?
Yes. MAPflow's Incident Reporting is fully PIPEDA-compliant and meets applicable provincial health information protection legislation (such as PHIPA in Ontario and PIPA in British Columbia). All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored in Canada.
