MAPflow Incident Reporting: Affordable, Compliant, and Built for Pharmacy Teams

Overview

MAPflow's incident reporting platform fully meets the Ontario College of Pharmacists' AIMS Incident Management Platform Criteria (last updated December 16, 2025). Our platform includes all mandatory data fields and core functionalities required by OCP. In partnership with ISMP Canada, MAPflow utilizes the Medication Safety Self- Assessment (MSSA) to fulfill the Safety Self-Assessment requirement. We have designed our platform in consultation with both ISMP Canada and OCP to balance the goals of the AIMS program (minimizing preventable harm) with ease of use for busy pharmacy professionals.

AIMS Requirements Compliance

MAPflow's incident reporting platform has received approval from the Ontario College of Pharmacists, pending completion of the data-sharing agreement and technical testing process with ISMP Canada. We are on track to complete this process and launch in March 2026.
