Renewing and Upgrading Your MAPflow Subscription

For many of us, November means budget season — time to take a look at your subscriptions, and make decisions for the 2025 business year. You may be wondering how things work with MAPflow subscription renewals, so we’ve put together a handy little guide for you here.

Automatic Renewals

At MAPflow, we exist to make your life easier — so we have automatic renewals built in to our process. Your annual subscription will auto-renew on your subscription date. (Wondering when? You’ll get a reminder email about it one month beforehand.)

Make sure you enjoy uninterrupted access to MAPflow (and keep all your assessment history) by checking that your credit card is up to date (read: not expired) in the system. You can check and update this by clicking the “billing” tab from the drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner.

If you prefer not to auto-renew, no problem — simply uncheck the “auto-renew my subscription” option in the billing section. Please note that if a refund is requested after renewal, a $25 transaction fee will apply.

Lock in Loyalty Pricing

As we continue to add more features, more algorithms, and more bells and whistles, our pricing will also begin to increase. We already anticipate a price increase next year — but we want to thank our loyal MAPflow users and early adopters with special loyalty pricing.

If you auto-renew your subscription, you’ll be locked in at the original price you paid when you first got MAPflow, year over year. Future price increases won’t apply to you, as long as your subscription never lapses.

For those who received a complimentary subscription, renewals will be at the 2024 rate of $350 per individual subscription.

Upgrade to a Per-Pharmacy Subscription

Budget time is also the perfect opportunity to UPGRADE! In case you missed it, we recently released the Per-Pharmacy Subscription model, giving your whole pharmacy team access to MAPflow. Everyone in the store — from pharmacists to techs to relief staff — will get access at one affordable price. With the Per-Pharmacy Subscription, your team will be able to work seamlessly together, optimizing your workflow no matter what your staffing situation looks like that day.
