How MAPflow Simplifies Prescription Renewals

Province-Specific Workflows

MAPflow automatically applies the correct documentation requirements, restrictions, and billing codes for your province. No lookup tables, no guesswork.

Automated Documentation

Clinical notes, patient assessments, and renewal rationale are generated automatically. Your province's requirements are met without extra steps.

Built-In Billing

Provincial billing codes and fee schedules are built in, so the right code and fee surface for your province — whether that is $20 in Alberta or tiered fees in New Brunswick.

Prescriber Notifications

Automatically generate notifications to the original prescriber and send via eFax. Date, method, and content are logged in the patient record. Requires eFax setup at your pharmacy.

Works on Any Device

Complete prescription renewals from any device with a browser. Your team can process renewals from the dispensary counter or on the go.

Renewal History & Audit Trail

Every renewal is logged in the patient record with date, rationale, and prescriber notification details. Stay audit-ready and ensure renewals stay within allowed limits.
